Net Programmers Users Group was formally established on 28th March, 2008. We currently have a growing membership of over 13,000 members.
We are backed by the VWE (Virtual World Evangalism) initiative at Microsoft and received official recognition by the International .NET Association (INETA) in January 2009. We became the first INETA virtual user groups on facebook and with membership of over 11,000 developers, we are currently one of the largest global INETA virtual users groups out there.
The primary focus of NPUG is to facilitate interactions and group meetings between our global community of developers and enthusiasts interested in .NET and related technologies.
For this purpose, we currently organize monthly presentations / group meetings with the aid of the virtual Live Meeting environment which allows our members to attend and take part in the live events from any part of the globe.
